What Works for Me
Everyone is different. And what works best for one person may not work as well for the next. I've found eating healthy, daily exercise and relaxation music works well for me, but things like stress or stimulants or marriage problems or physical issues can hold many people back from a good night's rest.

Please note that while I try to respond to any and all emails received, if you have an important medical issue you should immediately contact a medical doctor. A doctor who sees you in person and specializes in sleep health related issues can give you important personalized medical advice which can't easily be done over the web for free.
